Overall, a good value for the money if all you want is a basic unit. The tablet does not come with a regular micro USB cable the jack is inset into the tablet housing a fair bit, so only one of the micro usb cables in my collection had a long enough plug to use with the tablet. The tablet comes with a micro USB to full size USB port adapter you can use this to hook in a mouse or thumb drive. That might be what they mean when they call it HD the built in screen is not HD, but you can use the tablet with an HD TV.

The TV out works fine, and can be set for 720p or 1080p in the settings. It has a mini hdmi out port, but you need to buy a mini hdmi to hdmi cable for it, as it does not come with one. The tablet has the Play Store out of the box, so you can grab any compatible app you want for it. The screen is fine in doors, but gets progressively harder to read the higher the sun is in the sky out doors. I usually like to use the Advanced Task Killer app (from the market) widget to kill tasks before I use it. The screen is responsive, and it plays Angry Birds well. Proscan Tablet features a large 7' capacitive multi-touch display, great for browsing the internet and more Operating system: Android 4. I usually use for video file playback, and it does well at that. I got this tablet from London Drugs a while back for $79.
